We have completed many large housing developments over the years which is where we strive and succeed.

Over the past 6 years we have carried out multiple timber framed housing projects, as well as traditional housing building for over 30+ years.

Db rating and U-values are the most important aspect within the house building stage. We have extensive knowledge with this and are happy to advise on how to achieve the desired performance ratings.

SFS/Metsec framing has become ever increasing in the housing development scene, we work closely with our suppliers and carry out all relevant documents that are required.

We carry out fire protection where required within the home development and carry out most forms and installations of fire protection which conform to all regulations and tests.
